Returns & Refunds Policy
At Danlght, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your lighting fixture must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Free from any installation marks, scratches, or damage.
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@danlght.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number, as it may delay the processing of your refund.
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at info@danlght.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@danlght.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
