We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. This threshold is applied to the subtotal after any discounts and before taxes.

International Shipping
Currently, Danlght does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Danlght is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged in Transit: If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@danlght.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, please contact us at info@danlght.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
