Welcome to Danlght. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of danlght.com (the "Site") and your purchase of lighting fixtures and related products from Danlght LLC ("Danlght," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Online Store Terms
By using the Site and placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may not use our Site, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You may not transmit viruses, malware, harmful code, or engage in activities intended to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Site or services.

However, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated information, or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Products and Services
Our lighting fixtures and related products are offered subject to availability. Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, finishes, dimensions, materials, and other characteristics. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, material variations, or manufacturing tolerances.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect product or pricing information.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Payment authorization problems.
- Orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.
- Technical or inventory errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has already been successfully collected, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled item or order to the original payment method.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, telephone number, or billing information provided with your order if an order is changed or canceled.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and processed, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and contact information when placing an order.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders within the United States, including all 50 U.S. states. Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Order processing times, estimated transit times, carriers, delivery conditions, signature requirements, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, remote delivery locations, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, refund eligibility, return shipping responsibilities, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible returns may be requested within the return period stated in that policy. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Warranty
Except as otherwise stated in these Terms, our lighting fixtures are covered by the express limited warranty offered by Danlght and described on our Site or in our applicable warranty information.
Our current product warranty provides a 5-Year Limited Warranty against eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms, exclusions, and conditions.
This express warranty is not excluded or replaced by the general disclaimers contained elsewhere in these Terms.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances excluded under the applicable warranty terms.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all orders placed through the Site.
You are responsible for promptly updating your account and contact information where necessary so that we can process your orders and communicate with you.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics providers, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for the privacy, content, security, availability, or practices of independent third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs, comments, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, harmful, infringing, or that contains malicious software.
Where permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use feedback and submissions you voluntarily provide for legitimate business purposes, including improving our products and services.

If an order is canceled because of a pricing, inventory, availability, or other Site error after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Except for the 5-Year Limited Warranty and any other express warranty specifically provided by Danlght, and except for warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, the Site and related online services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that access to the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Danlght LLC and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Danlght LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising from your material violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another party.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use the Site or our services.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, misuse of the Site, security concerns, or material violation of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, warranty terms, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Danlght concerning your use of the Site and purchases made through it.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or purchases made from Danlght will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Subject to applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state courts located in Alameda County, California, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, policies, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The version posted on the Site will be the current version of these Terms.
